The Bushfire Coordinates are recorded using your phone's built-in GPS, which helps to keep the coordinates stable and accurate. It also saves the history of the last locations, so you can check where you have been and where you have been to.
The app also has a map that shows all the locations you have visited and recorded. This is helpful if you want to know where you are at any given time, and also for tracking your movement during a mission.
The app is designed for use by the Australian bushfire fighters.
